Creekside Plaza Tour

We have an excellent opportunity to get into the space at Creekside Plaza on Rt 376 in Poughkeepsie - 1821 Rt 376 (near the Bookworm before you get to Dutchess County Airport headed southbound). See the photo album at http://squidwrench.org/photos/spaces

It's over 3000 sq feet about evenly divided between office space and open space for a shop. It has some definite water issues that will need to be addressed and/or worked around, but that is the reason that we have the opportunity to get into the space.
