Possible space, far(ish) away

Looking at craigslist today, I found this: http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/off/1998787767.html

I know that Kingston may be a bit far for some of you but 1,600sq ft for that price is hard to ignore. What I'd really like to know is this: Would enough of you be into this space to make it economically viable for us?

[Edit: There is also the possibility that this space is gone already, so I'm just looking for enough interest/support to justify following up on it.]

For proximity and space, and

For proximity and space, and given an income that we don't have yet, I'd definitely prefer this space.

It has potential, but it is

It has potential, but it is far.  We need to all honestly think about it: will we go there?  Because if we won't, we're just wasting our time.

Do some mental searching and decide if you've got enough enthusiasm to go there regularly.  We're at a number right now where if most people show up regularly, we'll be ok, but if we start slacking we'll lose momentum entirely.

(Can you tell the distance worries me a little bit?)

Oh, well. The same mgmt

Oh, well. The same mgmt company runs the shirt factory, brush factory, and pajama factory. They're generally trying to make those spaces artist friendly. If I read their website correctly it looks like they have a 1k+ sq ft space for <$1k/mo. If people were willing to travel to Kingston, that might work out.

Also, I'm starting to look more seriously at smaller spaces that we could afford with fewer people. Any opinions on what the smallest size might be that would still be useful and worth the investment?
