There is a drupal meetup once a month and there are usually people who attend who could help you. (Or help you find the people you need.) Something like that is going to depend a lot on how much volume or growth you're anticipating and what sort of backend infrasctructure you'd need to support. Would you plan on processing payments? Would you just be acting as a broker to connect buyer and seller? Do you need a moderation system?
I'll certainly see if I can get the names/addys of some of the Drupal folks for you if I can.
