Where should we be saving data? The wiki or in drupal?

That's a very good question. The short answer is, post your projects here in drupal.
The long answer is:
When I first made the projects page on the wiki, I was trying to capture potential projects to help give examples of what could happen in the organization. When I made the projects page here, I was trying to capture projects that are happening among members. If there are more things (additional fields, workflows, etc) that need to be incorporated, we should figure them out and implement them as we need to.
